    Printing and production

We use the latest generation of printing systems without colour limitations, using water-based inks in compliance with the most stringent food industry safety standards. At the heart of our print shop, our modern rotary flexo presses can print up to 10 colours at speeds of more than 2500 pcs/min. Operating independently from the other production phases, this process allows us to guarantee consistently high print quality and uniformity.

    How is your bag made?

The first production stage consists in bonding the paper sheets – with the option of inserting a PE film – according to the required technical specifications. Modern technological solutions allow perfect harmonization of the materials used, with papers and materials offering rising levels of performance and strength alongside reduced weights. The bags are then completed by pasting the bottom and, for valve bags, the filling valve. At the end of the production process, in addition to a series of automated quality checks, the articles are subjected to manual and visual inspection to certify the quality of your bag.

      Packaging, curing, logistics

Ever faster and more automated, modern filling equipment requires bags capable of supporting the maximum filling performance allowed by the technology used. That’s why our bags must be perfectly palletizable, guaranteeing optimal flatness, assuring correct ventilation to achieve correct curing and good content stability. Our modern palletization robots handle all line-end operations with ease and the bags are ready for delivery after a short curing time.

      Why is correct palletization important?

Delivering a perfectly flat and uniform product, after the correct curing time, ensures that the very latest bag filling systems can operate at full efficiency: “faster filling, fewer rejects, lower costs”.
