At the heart of our print shop, our modern rotary flexo presses can print up to 10 colours at speeds of more than 2500 pcs\/min. Operating independently from the other production phases, this process allows us to guarantee consistently high print quality and uniformity.<\/div>\n<h4><em>How is your bag made?<\/em><\/h4>\n<div>The first production stage consists in bonding the paper sheets \u2013 with the option of inserting a PE film \u2013 according to the required technical specifications. Modern technological solutions allow perfect harmonization of the materials used, with papers and materials offering rising levels of performance and strength alongside reduced weights. The bags are then completed by pasting the bottom and, for valve bags, the filling valve. That&#8217;s why our bags must be perfectly palletizable, guaranteeing optimal flatness, assuring correct ventilation to achieve correct curing and good content stability.
